Kanzashi Casual

For this challenge I trolled around DevArt for a few of my personal favorite creators. It would be so easy to make some elegant evening wear to pair with these beautiful accessories but I didn't want to make it that easy. So for this challenge you must design a casual day wear look based upon one of the following kanzashi.

F-IZZE Fashion Challenge

Your inspiration for this challenge can be found here: [link] and you get to choose 2 (yup, 2) flavors - one from each list below - to create 2 looks. Not just any looks mind you.
One MUST be business chic. Think office workers, bankers, attorneys... ugh, the horrible world of "professional" dress code! (I'm kidding about that, of course.) The look does, however, have to be appropriate for a professional setting.
The second look takes you from day to night. An elegant evening out with dinner and the opera.
Both designs MUST look like they are from the same collection. You don't have to use both flavors in both designs though.

Evolution of Smooth Fashion

We have another product related challenge for you! Your inspiration can be found here: [link] We are sticking to the wonderfully flavored lip balms for this one. Once again you get to choose 2 flavors from 2 lists to create 2 designs. However, this time your first design should translate to a casual day look. Something you'd like to wear out to lunch with friends, enjoying the afternoon around campus or touring around a new city.
The second look should be geared more towards a younger audience going out for night on the town. A bit of bar hopping, maybe a club or two and the follow up coffee spot stop.
Unlike the previous challenge BOTH flavors MUST be present in BOTH designs (No, choosing vanilla and vanilla... ).
